Block Moulds

This steel body is turned from solid material and fitted with a high-performance magnetic system, providing a high-powered magnet for locating precast head foot anchors in steel moulds.

When the casting process is complete and the concrete is sufficiently cured, the magnetic steel recess former can be easily removed automatically or manually using the magnetic force. Simply remove the rubber ring from under the anchor head and the precast unit is ready to lift.

Thoroughly clean the spherical lifting anchor magnets immediately after removal and apply mould release oil before each use.
