Block Moulds

To minimise spillage, we offer a convenient hopper for pouring concrete into a mould with a Jersey road barrier insert. Place the hopper on top of the mould.

Start pouring the concrete and allow the concrete to flow evenly into the mould to avoid spillage and overfilling. Once the mould is filled, carefully remove the hopper so as not to disturb the newly poured concrete. Take your time to avoid spillage.

Use a trowel to smooth the concrete surface and follow the recommended curing procedures.
