Block Moulds

This mould is for production of rectangular concrete slabs. Concrete slabs are ideal for temporary or permanent paving applications. Often used in the industrial and agricultural sector.

Application can be found in material storage bays, bunker silos in unpaved situations, silage pits and manure storage.
The concrete slabs are unbeatable and withstand heavy loads of wheel loaders or trucks due to the large dimensions of the slab to spread loads to the underlaying layers of the ground surface. The concrete ensures that the surface is always accessible.

The concrete slabs are often used in combination with the stackable concrete blocks to build retaining walls and yard partitioning.
We also have mould constructions for concrete slabs available to withstand even more loads. The concrete slabs are easy to install and move by applying the special lifting gear for lifting and turning.

By inserting the cast-in profiles the concrete paving slabs can be easily lifted. These inserts create two slots into the concrete slab.
The available 2 Leg Chain Sling can simply be connected to the forklift lifting beam and hooked into the concrete slab. The basis to ensure a correct and safe working method for handling concrete slabs.
