Block Moulds

Interlocking concrete blocks are cast on their side. This machine makes it easy to tilt the cast blocks 90 degrees to move them into an upright position. The engine driver uses the remote control and the block-turner tilts the block.

The hydraulic system in the machine is electrically powered and is unique as a Machine Directive compliant machine.

The machine can not only tilt large concrete blocks as found on the market, but offers the flexibility to easily tilt smaller blocks as well.

The operator only needs to lift the block to a safe low height to place it on the machine, thus maintaining full overview while transporting and placing the heavy concrete blocks on the machine.
