Block Moulds

By incorporating a divider plate into the mould including the Jersey barrier insert, you can create separate compartments. With this divider, it is even possible to place Demu fixing anchors in the concrete blocks of small barriers.

The divider allows for efficient and controlled casting of multiple smaller blocks in a single mould. Jersey barriers are large, modular concrete blocks often used for traffic control and containment purposes.

Using half-size Jersey barriers can offer more flexibility, especially in situations where cornering or adapting to varying terrain is a concern. Half-size Jersey barriers, as opposed to full-size ones, can be more easily manoeuvred and adjusted to fit different angles and curves. This adaptability is particularly advantageous in scenarios where there are tight turns, irregular shapes, or other spatial constraints.
